Oswald is a security-conscious but fun octopus who lives in an apartment complex in big city with his dog Veni. His neighbourhood has colourful characters like his pal, Henry the Penguin, Madame Butterfly, who runs the Big diner, and his daughter, Katrina Caterpillar. Oswald likes playing the piano and singing, and he always does whatever he can to help his friends and neighbors.The story of a blue octopus and his dog that looks like a hotdog named Veni, and their friends like Daisy Daisy and Henry the Penguin. They go on adventures in their city which usually involves a problem that needs to be sorted out.
